Aquacise is an aquatic workout using resistance to the water resulting in muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips and legs, along with flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

Classes are held Monday thru Friday, beginning May 28 at the times listed below

  • 7:45am-8:45am: Aquacise led my JoAnn Kjome
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Aquacise led by Claire Tebbenhoff (Mon, Wed, Fri), Patience Duhnke (Tues/Thurs)

Aquacise classes are free with a season pool or punch pass. Individuals that do not have a season or punch pass must pay the daily admission fee to participate.
