Aquacise is an aquatic workout using resistance to the water resulting in muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips and legs, along with flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

Classes are held Monday thru Friday, June 13 - September 2 at the times listed below

7:45am-8:45am: Aquacise led my JoAnn Kjome

12:00pm-1:00pm: Aquacise led by Claire Tebbenhoff (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Barb Mahr (Tues, Thurs)

Aquacise classes are free with a season pass or punch pass. Individuals that do not have a season or punch pass must pay the daily admission fee to participate.
